Conventional air-blast sprayers throw a wide plume of large droplets that mostly settles on the outer canopy, wasting chemical and missing what's tucked inside. Krishna Agro's air-assisted electrostatic nozzles break the spray down into a fine mist and charge it electrostatically, so every droplet is drawn toward the grounded plant — including the undersides of leaves and the bunches deep inside the canopy.
The result: growers who've moved to electrostatic spraying typically use noticeably less water and chemical to protect the same acreage, with more even coverage across the whole vine and less drift lost to the wind.
14–20 air-assisted electrostatic nozzles on a heavy-duty three-point mount, delivered fully assembled and ready to spray.
Each nozzle mixes the spray with compressed air, shearing it down to a fine 30–50 micron mist instead of a coarse, drifting blast.
Just before the mist leaves the nozzle, it's given an electrostatic charge, so every particle is now actively attracted to the plant.
Charged droplets curve around leaves and bunches to coat the far side too — not just the surface facing the nozzle.
